Like a week-long fever finally breaking, Axis: Sova coolly bring the heat on their newest full-length offering, Flowerage, to be released on October 23rd. To quench your thirst until then, Sova et. al share a new single "Fever Days" with a companion visualizer, and new tour dates to boot.

"Fever Days" extrudes the bloody, ice-cold sweat and trembling implied in the title. Wired tight from the top, the band lay it down emphatically with a tactile guitar jigsaw at work amidst slithering fuzz bass and careening, reverberant drums. With harmonized vox that walk through fire, it all builds to an anthemic, two-word chorus that releases to a searing outro on the knife-edge of pure feedback. 

Way back in Summer 2025, Axis: Sova, that is Brett Sova, Jeremy Freeze, and Josh Johannpeter, found themselves fresh off an East Coast tour and in the studio with Cooper Crain - laying down tracks they sweat out in their own fever dream on stage. The result? A bouquet of nine engaging, phasing songs packed with ear-worm hooks and riffs for thorns.
