We love AZITA. Her records grow firm and fine as they age - and a wonderful brood they are, four strong and aged one through seven. Still, we haven't heard anything from AZITA in a little while, and we can't really get a straight answer from her on Facebook...so can someone tell us what the is going on? As we speak, Neil Hamburger is floating his way across the Atlantic towards jolly England-- unable to afford a plane ticket, he's been reduced to paddling a second-hand life raft through the shark infested seas! Over the past five years, Joanna Newsom has given concerts at the Royal Albert Hall, the Barbican Hall, Town Hall, Royal Festival Hall, and even the Walt Disney Concert Hall (amongst many other famed halls round the globe), so it was only inevitable that the day would come when we would announce that Joanna Newsom will grace the stage of Carnegie Hall on Tuesday, November 23rd. Rangda is actually a trinity of hardened men -- Chris Corsano, Ben Chasny, and Sir Richard Bishop-- who've combined forces to become the musical equivalent of a child-eating demon.
